Once we have received your registration information, one of the team will get in touch with you to arrange an appointment for your new patient assessment.
As a new patient, you will need to book a full assessment. This has a one off cost of £105 and includes any necessary X-rays and assessments required.
At this first appointment, you will meet with one of our dentists who will discuss your dental history with you and carry out an assessment of your oral health. If any treatment is required at the first appointment, the options will be discussed with you so you can make decision about the best outcome for you.
Once an assessment has taken place, your dentist will discuss with you what care is advised and give you all the information you need in order that you can make an informed decision about your treatment. At this point (or sometimes a short while after the appointment, if your treatment plan is complex) you will be given a clear and concise treatment plan which shows a breakdown of costs and the appointments required. If your care is a little more complicated, occasionally an additional appointment is needed in order to further discuss your treatment.
