The reception staff are so helpfull always try there best to get you an appointment. Especially Catherine who has helped me several times nothing is too much trouble. Leanne my hygienist is first class very thorough and explains how to look after your teeth at home. I arrived for my 4 year-old son's appointment today and was mortified to be informed by the receptionist that I was actually a month early 🤣🫣. She very kindly offered to see if they could still fit him in and they did. Anna was so kind and attentive. She went over and above to put him at ease and to answer my questions. The ladies on the desk made a huge fuss of my baby too. What could have been a very embarrassing and stressful experience was a really lovely start to our day and our summer holidays.
